Danish electronics firm Bang & Olufsen is ready to drop its first NFT assortment.
Dubbed “The DNA assortment,” it should function 1925 artworks created in partnership with famous artists and musicians. The corporate tapped artists Shavonne Wong, Thomas Lin Pedersen, and the Italian duo Hackatao to work on the randomly-generated visuals for the gathering.


Hackatao are among the many earliest adopters of NFT artwork. The duo has beforehand partnered with NFT Studios to develop the Queens+Kings undertaking, which was supported by the public sale home Sotheby’s. Thomas Lin Pedersen is a Denmark-based generative artist that began creating digital artworks in 2017. Shavonne Wong is a 3D digital mannequin creator and a famend digital artist who has partnered with Vogue, World of Girls, and Sotheby’s.
The Bang & Olufsen DNA assortment may also embody soundtracks produced by RAC, Gramatik, and Luxas.
Together with the artworks, fortunate NFT holders will get entry to Bang & Olufsen’s future drops and may have an opportunity to purchase a limited-edition Beoplay A9 bodily speaker.
The pre-sale begins on November 29, at 5 PM CET, whereas the general public sale will launch on November 30. One DNA NFT will go for 0.469 ETH (roughly $550 on the time of writing). Notably, the tokens will probably be offered in a “blind sale,” and the artworks will probably be revealed on December 6.
